There are many consequences that happen when a person suffers from a lack of sleep. These consequences have both short term, and long term consequences to one's health.

Because sleep is such an important aspect of maintaining one's health, it's important that a person finds sleep solutions to their lack of sleep, and that they restore their sleep health as soon as they can. Here are some of the consequences that a miserable person suffering from the lack of sleep will incur:

Memory lapses: If a person doesn't get enough sleep, they experience issues such as memory lapses. Memory lapses are a detriment to one's personal life and their professional life. As a matter of fact, it could be said that more than half of one's functioning in the course of a day has to do with memory, and a person's reliance on memory. This is why it's so devastating when an elderly person loses their memory. It is very important to find a solution so that they get the much needed rest so that it helps their memory.

Depression:
When a person gets a chemical imbalance in the brain this causes Depression. There are many different causes of depression and the lack of sleep will only make it worse. There are lots of different symptoms that occur when someone has depression, when looking at someone with depression we might think that they are sad, but the truth is that we don't know what is going on in their mind. Depression can be life-threatening and it needs to be cured to restore ones health and quailty of life. If a person is depressed it can kill them; many people have committed suicide due to their depressive feelings and thoughts. This is a crippling condition that no one should have to suffer from,it is essential that they find a solution to stop suffering from this life threatening condition.

Lack of immune function:
A person maintains their immune function when they are able to get a decent night's sleep. On the other hand, if a person can't sleep, they will find that they will become ill, and be susceptible to many different diseases and conditions. If a person has a lack of sleep it can be detrimental to their finances as well as their health. All of this can make a person ill, they will then not be able to fulfill their daily obligations, they will have to take time off work. In order for this person to have a healthy personal and financial life, they have to find a solution to their lack of sleep. These are but a few negative consequences that come into play for the person that is getting a lack of sleep. Sleep solutions are available, and they need to be sought out and taken as a priority for the person that needs to restore health and balance to their lives.
